Le personnel était au top mais le véhicule était dans un sale état que ce soit sa mécanique ( des freins qui grincent, un cardan qui claque en tournant a gauche, ...) sa carrosserie (plusieurs bosses) et je reçois un véhicule sale avec encore du sable de plage a l intérieur

Car Rental Review - AIR CAR, Morocco We rented a Fiat Scudo for 4 days, picking it up in Fes city center, Morocco. The car was used by six people (two young people and four adults), and it was a great choice for our trip. We started our journey in Fes, then drove to Merzouga to see the Sahara Desert, continued to the Dades Valley, and finally arrived in Marrakesh, where we returned the car at the city office. (A small note for future travelers: driving in Marrakesh is very chaotic, so be prepared.) We booked the rental online through the AIR CAR website. We chose this option because on Booking.com insurance was mentioned, but there was no way to select it. We took full insurance, which reduced the deposit from 25,000 to 6,000 dirhams. Both the rental and the deposit were paid by credit card, which was very convenient. The car was clean, in good condition, and had no bad smell, which we really appreciated. We were informed to return the car with the same fuel level, but since we were driving in the mountains, we decided to keep the tank fuller - a very good decision. At pickup, we took photos of the car. We later realized that we had missed noting a few small scratches in our report, but AIR CAR already had their own photos, so there were no problems at all during the return. Because we drove through mountain areas, the car got quite muddy. We decided to wash the car on the way to Marrakesh, which turned out to be a smart move - finding a car wash in time in the city would have been almost impossible. Overall, we are very happy with this rental experience. Everything went smoothly, and the car was perfect for our long trip across Morocco. We are thankful to AIR CAR for helping make our journey comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!
