I had a very disappointing experience at BYD/AutoNejma. I had a confirmed test-drive appointment, yet when I arrived, I was told the director had taken the car out to show it to someone else. A test-drive vehicle should be available in the garage and, if used, only for short test drives (15 minutes max), not taken away without regard for scheduled customers. What’s worse is that no one seemed to care about the time I was wasting, even though I traveled from far away and had been waiting for months to finally see and test this car. I was clearly told the car would only be available for two days, and my appointment was scheduled on the second day at 16:00. I waited until 16:28, only to be informed by the same staff member who confirmed my appointment that the director had taken the car and that I might need to wait 1.5 to 2 hours "if the director even decided to come back that day". This shows a complete lack of punctuality, organization, and respect for customers. Very disappointing experience, especially for a brand and dealership that should uphold professional standards. ----------> Update / Follow-up Review! After I posted my initial review, I was contacted the very next day by Mr. Ismail, the director of BYD / AutoNejma - AGADIR, who personally apologized for what happened and invited me for an exclusive test drive. I met him on site, and the test drive was handled by NADA, a very professional, respectful, and welcoming commercial representative. The experience this time was smooth and well organized. I truly appreciate the quick reaction, accountability, and effort to correct the situation. This kind of responsiveness shows a real willingness to improve and optimize customer experience. Je viens d'acheter une BYD à Auto Nejma Agadir, je voudrais mettre en avant toutes L'équipe BYD Agadir Pour 1l'accueil 2 préfessionnalisme 3 Leur gentillesse 4 L'écoute dont ils ont fait preuve lors de la négociation Réponse apporter à mes questions 5 Une mise en main de la voiture et une livraison remarquable.
